Tom Boyer
Tobo, Inc. Founder Tom Boyer has been in the payment industry for over 25 years with experience in North America and Europe. Most recently, Tom was the Managing Director and President of TSYS Partner Solutions.
Prior to joining TSYS in 2015, Tom spent 15 years at Elavon, where he held a number of senior leadership roles, including President North America, Head of Business Development and Sales for both North America and Europe and SVP and General Manager of the Financial Institution and Referral Partner Division.
Tom resides in Omaha with his wife Chloe and son Rocco. Outside of work, he enjoys golf, skiing and traveling with his family.

Chloe Boyer
Chloe is a passionate leader with a proven history of developing winning programs that help her clients thrive. She is an exceptional communicator who consistently exceeds expectations by partnering together with every stakeholder and by always keeping the client at the center of each decision.
Chloe has held leadership roles in customer service, implementation and transition services at Elavon, successfully created and launched NAPA Online, and developed non-profit community programs at Veracity Payments.
She is active with the Mid-American Council Boy Scouts of America, serving as a Troop Leader, as well as, a volunteer at both the District and Council levels. In her spare time, she loves cooking, playing Pokémon GO and vacations with family.
